  • add all options you can think of
  • consider options you don't like
  • options can have images

Why

You'd probably expect that there's not much to say about collecting your options. Well, you'd be right. BUT - there are a few things that are still worth considering.

Here's a breakdown:

  • Try not to exclude possible options. Confirming your expectations is better than missing something.
  • Consider getting additional suggestions from others.
  • When applicable, looking for options that are “too obvious” or actively against your initial interests can be incredibly helpful. These can deepen your understanding by reflecting more objectively.
  • You can come back and add more or discard options.

A note on “yes / no” options: For the most part we suggest to avoid these. As mentioned in Step 1 - Problem , this process isn't really meant for binary observations. You can definitely do that without issues, but we strongly recommend looking into the problem and options thoroughly: Be sure that your decision is actually that narrow, and whether there aren't more options available.

How

Add options by tapping on the editor at the bottom, and enter a name.

You're again able to add multiple in succession by just pressing [enter].

Edit or remove options can be done in the editor after selecting one by tapping on it.
